These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including Image Moderation API, AI-Based Video Moderation, GIF Video and Image Moderation, Text Moderation API, Face Recognition Technology, and AI Text to Image Generation (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the Quick Moderate platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Quick Moderate offers free trial access to certain services such as the Image Moderation API and Text Moderation API. For continued access beyond the trial, you may be required to select a paid plan. All payments are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
All content, features, and functionality provided through the Quick Moderate platform, including but not limited to software, APIs, design, text, images, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Quick Moderate. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Quick Moderate may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services following the posting of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
During the trial period, users will receive 200 API calls. After reaching the limit, users have 7 days to purchase a plan. If no plan is purchased within that time, all user data will be permanently deleted.
Initial Billing: For the first month of service, the charges would be get counted on the basis of the selection of your plan & would be applied for your billing cycle. Take a note that once you pay the amount of your billing at first than only your plan gets activated & you may use it afterwards.
Subsequent Billing: From the next month onwards your billing cycle will be get charged same as per your previous plan, and also in additional if you have selected any additional operation or upgrade of your plan. It would be get charged accordingly to that for the current month billing cycle. Take a note that once you pay the amount of your billing at first than only your plan gets activated & you may use it afterwards.
Payment Due: All payments must be made by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.
Invoice Details: Invoices will provide a breakdown of the fixed and additional charges for the services used during the billing period.
Refund: Take a note over this point, we are not giving any refunds on your account. There is no refund policy after gets subscribed in our plans.
Payment Methods: To use the Quick Moderate service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used.
Updating your Payment Methods: You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Profile" tab. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
Cancellation: You can cancel your Quick Moderate membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to our service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, go to "Invoice" page.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans: We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time. We will notify you at least one month before any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will become effective.
